A Window into Wellbeing Hygiene

When:  Apr 16, 2026 from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM (ET)
PACFA College of Creative and Experiential Therapies invites you to explore wellbeing hygiene as a framework for noticing and maintaining the everyday conditions that support sustainable wellbeing. Join Duan Stevenson for this experiential session that integrates evidence-based psychoeducation with creative and reflective learning approaches to help practitioners stay engaged in healing and recovery processes over time. Please note: This workshop is professional development and not therapy. The session will include a brief contextual statement clarifying the scope and intent of the material, as it references burnout and compassion fatigue and includes brief reference to lived experience in recovery contexts.
