This is a course suitable for the beginner and for those wishing to refresh their skills. A degree in a health, helping or teaching profession is required. (e.g. Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Nurses, SW, OT, Counselling, Educators, Physicians, Speech Therapists). In this training workshop, Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, (CBT), participants will develop a thorough theoretical understanding of cognitive behaviour therapy and the skills specific to this mode of therapy. This workshop in addition with further reading, a test and a fee of $50 (USD) enables participants to qualify for Level 1 Certificate in REBT from the International Association of REBT. This workshop is the pre-requisite for the Advanced Certificate in CBT.
