Grief & Loss in the context of Equine Assisted Therapy

When:  Oct 18, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM (ET)
This two-day training equips qualified counsellors and psychotherapists to work confidently and ethically with clients experiencing bereavement, grief and loss. Designed for participants to deepen skills and develop a specialized approach to help clients process bereavement and life transitions. It combines up-to date theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice in evidence-informed interventions, culminating in the integration of trauma-informed equine-assisted therapy (EAT) to provide a supportive environment for clients to explore, regulate, and respond to the physical effects of grief and stress, which often appear in the body before they can be expressed in words.
