PACFA College of Supervision invites supervisors to join Supervisors' Connection Circles, a four-session online reflective series facilitated by Dr Genevieve Armson and Tanya Fisher. Supervision is often spoken about as a space that supports others; less often do we speak about the experience of being the supervisor – holding complexity, remaining emotionally present, and carrying the quiet pressures of responsibility load, isolation, and ethical complexity that are not always openly named.
